Fermentation is an amazing natural tool. At Circular Industries we let nature work at what it was trained to do over millions of years in evolution. Yeast is breaking down natural derived waste collected from the food industry and households.

Our scientists discovered that yeast was able to metabolize waste much better than expected. Knowing the code we trained the biology to produce high-value products.

Our smart fermentation process is not only eliminating waste, but is creating highly useful and valuable bio substrates, which are replacing traditional petrochemical processes. Greenhouse gases need to be avoided wherever feasible.
